Terms and Conditions: Featured Resorts

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Lifestyle Resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico featured in this web site.

As Platinum Supreme members of the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club, we are authorized to help you with your search for holiday accommodations, to complete your booking and to remit your payment for these accommodations. Payment of All Inclusive Fees are the responsibility of the guest(s) and are due on check in. For guests not staying in the same accommodation with the primary member, payment of the Resort Fees noted below are also the responsibility of the guests and are due on check in.

Any request for an alteration or cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be sent to Lifestyle by us in accordance with the following terms. For a cancellation, notify us by e-mail at least 35 days prior to your check in date. For an alteration, notify us by e-mail at least 98 days prior to your check in date. This is to avoid problems due to communications delays.

Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club recommends that you do not make any Flight arrangements until you receive a reservation confirmation emailed from your representative. If you choose to book flight tickets, etc., LHVC will not be responsible for any costs incurred.

Cancellation/No show

You may cancel your reservation 1 month prior to arrival and receive a full service fee accreditation (refunds are not offered). Any cancellation less than 1 month prior to arrival will result in the service fee being forfeited in its entirety.

Any no show or early departure will result in you forfeiting the service fee entirely.

Alterations

You may request one alteration to your booking, subject to availability no less than 3 months prior to arrival. Alterations include but are not limited to party size, dates, names and accommodation. Failure to provide 3 months’ notice will result in your alteration being denied. All alterations must be for the same calendar year.

Resort Fee

Guests aged 12 and upwards staying in Cofresi Palm/Tropical/Royal/Crown & Residence Suites/ Spa Suites/ Deluxe Suite / Presidential Suites in Puerto Plata and the Presidential Suites in Punta Cana will pay US$5.00 per person per night.

Guests aged 12 and upwards staying in Villas will pay US$10.00 per person per night for the resort fee.

Any guest staying in the same accommodation as the primary member is exempt from the resort fee.

Resort Guest Policy

Should the size of your party increase from the number shown on your reservation and deposit form submitted to Lifestyle by your representative (member) and the Lifestyle’s confirmation of your booking, you will likely be required to make additional reservations for other accommodations. You will be required to give the names and arrival times of any guests joining you that are included in this confirmation to the reception upon check-in so they may receive VIP bracelets.

Any additional guests that you wish to join you in resort who are not included in this confirmation will be subject to a daily all inclusive fee and will be issued with a NON-VIP bracelet.

Please let us know your guests exact flight details at your earliest convenience so we can make arrangements for their VIP transfer and welcome at local airport. Please be aware that if we do not receive your flight information in writing a full 7 working days before your arrival, we cannot guarantee an airport transfer.

Resort Regulations

  • Absolutely no pets are allowed in the unit or on property grounds. This includes pets left in vehicles. Violations will result in charges for additional cleaning.
  • There must be a responsible member or guest of the traveling party of at least 18 years of age present for the entire duration of the vacation. Proof of age may be required.
  • Only the person on the confirmation may check-in at the property. For any change to the check-in name, you must contact Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club as soon as possible.
  • Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club reserves the right to relocate a confirmed member / guest in alternative accommodations.
  • Over-occupancy of the unit size confirmed will result in an upgrade fee and/or refusal of the extra persons from checking-in.
  • Members are responsible for actions taken by children and guests accompanying them in accommodations provided by Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club.
  • Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property for any reason. If any damage should occur while you are occupying the unit, you must notify the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club customer service department immediately. You are responsible for any fees charged due to damage.
  • Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club cannot guarantee the view from any units or the location of any units within the resort. Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club cannot guarantee a specific location or accommodation requested.
  • Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club is not liable for any cost incurred due to a cancelled or rescheduled flight provided by an independent airline carrier.
  • Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club guest access policy: Any member requiring additional guest access to the resort must notify the customer service department 24 hours prior to arrival. All guests are subject to additional fees and Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club also has the right to refuse access or restrict access.
  • Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club reserves the right to remove members or guests from the resort should their behavior be deemed unacceptable by the vacation club and other members or guests.

You and Winsome Getaways are dealing at arms' length, creating a commercial relationship. Winsome Getaways is not your agent or your fiduciary. By purchasing products and services through Winsome Getaways, you acknowledge and agree that no such agent or fiduciary relationship exists between You and Winsome Getaways. Winsome Getaways is acting as an intermediary for Intrav’l, the provider of any product or service and for any travel provider in selling services not directly supplied by Winsome Getaways.
